Unmask The Batman
Every day I put a mask on
Wet, charcoal black
Exfoliating skin
Worn in public
A stern visage
It frightens strangers
The mask now removed
Vanishing in sunlight
Like an antihero
I'm faceless again

"The Poet's Task" by @Blue-eyed Bolla
"A concise poem, good title, the rhymes were smooth, with some nice alliteration, stanza 3 could be a run on sentence, the word trail, on a new line, stops flow. S4 has four hard rhymes end in -ing, maybe leave an unrhym…" -

"Fricken Fireworks" by @Lavender
"Hello Lavender Well said and well scribed, a very timely poem, more a protest at poor moral, ethical values and stupid fireworks, what have we done to this earth, to celebrate ? Thanks again Sen99" -

"The Ink Within" by @Sonia MK
"This is a well crafted poem of meta verse, a nice meditation on your own muse, the internal life of a writer, bringing ideas alive. Enjoyable read Thanks Sen99" -

"The Sound That Only Silence Makes" by @Misspoetrynportraits
"I agree with AI the poems main idea is an interesting one, silence is not an absence of sound but the sound of the mind itself, thinking at night. The stanzas are atmospheric and flow nicely. .An interesting monologue a…" -

"Similitude of The Rock" by @Allen
"An interesting title and theme, a creative poem about permanence of physical structure. The language was good, nice word choices, the imagery flowed with internal logic, left a feeling of profundity, an eternal rock. En…" - June 2026

"Ocean of Grief" by @nivivenkat
"Glad you were able to share this poem, and express something very personal. Grief is an abstract noun, many poems on this subject, I've been struggling to write recently. Thanks again Sen99" -

"A truly fun read here. Never had an accident on my bicycle except once three years of so after when the front wheel went into a pothole and sent me flying. No other spills besides that." - May 2026

"I felt like you might have chased for rhymes a bit too much? Anyhow, pretty interesting with the self deprecation and anxiety. The "learning how to ride the bike" part could be some sort of fear of performance or vulner…" -
