Just friends
Lately this just friends
Thing seems more like a one
way street than any kind
Of friendly relationship
one can't help wonder
if you wouldn't feel better
just doing your own thing
Does a person really
need that many
Friends anyway .....
Just a few good friends
that should be sufficient
But we all have some
want or need to be liked

A burdensome dissapointment
at times
And a drain on ones energy.. ....
Which, I don't have all that much of
and time....
Extra time and/or energy
And ...
Things always get complicated......
Like when
Phone calls get dropped
At the most inconvenient
Moments
left hanging ........
wondering and somewhat frustrated ......
Then the conversation can shift to texting ...... OMG .......
Text messages just tend
To aggravate instead of inform
It can be sadly wearing -I get tired ............
Then....
More and more frequently
These fucked up moodswings
Come on so suddenly.
And .........
They can recede slowly ....... unevenly......
Or linger ...........................
Like an soggy damp overcast
Morning that turns into
A gloomy overcast cold dark
Endless rainy night
