The Ocean
In the herd, I saw you
The silence, deafening truth
And the boat lies waiting
Still your arms are flailing
And in the sky, you are waiting….
What have I lost? An ocean.
Now I am drifting in pollution
In this sandbox of love….
What have I lost? An ocean.
And am I going through the motions,
In this lost art of love?
It keeps you in the saddle
It keeps you in the sky
You’ll sleep like a child
Knowing we are all wild
In this ocean of love

About Me
Greetings,
My name is Adam , and I am from Sandusky Ohio.
While my writing seems to revolve around the drain of despair, I seem to fixate on the end of love instead of the process. I have since evolved. I have a partner now that appreciates me and loves me for who I am. She has evolved into my muse. While my new writtings may reflect still ponds of past relationships, she is the light at the end of tunnels, and the dawn of a dark night, Don't ignore who I was, but please focus on who I am.
With What Love Could Be,
Washing Tears
With everything that love could be. See below, as a past, maybe a pre-tense.
Old Profile---
Most of my writing revolves around the bitter/sweet cycles of love and the following disorders: alcoholism, insomnia, depression, regret, sorrow, success, greed, lust, and the occasional smile.
My writing is not all somber and sad, there tends to be a faint glimmer of sunlight through the layers of cloth, bandaging everything to be renewed.
There is always a light in the darkness, and a darkness in the light.
You just have to know where to find it.
