A Poem For Longo

As the tides rise and fall
know the winds bring change
the swift current of the waves
rushing back out to sea

To return again forevermore
this place, you giveth such warmth
for knowing you, a man of his word
Your loving kindness shall always be heard

For warmth be returned to him today
never to suffer anymore wretchful days
Always remember and know, my friend
You are not alone

Be remindful of the sun at your back
the winds that carry your feet
a love that you share, there is no end
You, the dearest, of many a friend

Light a candle, surround in it's glow
your a man of words
for this I surely know
You are not alone

A man of wisdom
a man of hope, never give up
May love embrace you
You are not alone
