The pain I feel,
I can't explain,
The tears I shed,
Are just the same.

I go to bed,
And think of you,
The time we spent,
Talking it through.

I long for you,
I can't go on,
The photograph's,
Now you are gone.

My heart is torn,
It'll never mend.

I need you here,
To dry my tears.

I want you here, by my side,
To kiss me goodnight,
And talk to me.

So after I write this poem tonight,
I'll cry myself to sleep tonight.

My sister.
"I pretend it didnt happen, I even hide the tears, I try and fight my feelings, But I cant control my fears. Everytime I close my eyes, I pretend you are still here. I think about those memories, Then remember you are not here. Your face is just a picture, Your eyes are full of pain. Your body completely motionless, You had to slip away. I was not there to see you, Or to hold your hand. I will always blame myself for this, Not being by your side."
