revenge

he's really my true love - I saw him first
I took one look and weakened at the knees
I thought, to start, my heart would nearly burst
but, damn it, now he's Kimberley's new squeeze

O fickle heart of finger, that of fate
he smiled and stared, so sensual, at my lip
when Kimberley called out to him to wait
pretending she was swooning - 'bout to slip

Jack and Jill fairytale (humor in poem ws)

Jack and Jill walked up the hill to fetch a pail of water. It was days later before they were seen again. The three little pigs awaited their pails of water grunting and grunting watching the hills for Jack and Jill to fill their troughs with water.

TO WACO AT 2 YEARS

Fate is a strange thing so they say
and I at three long score of years
know that come 'most any day
I might pass through that veil of tears
before you have the chance to know me.
Such is the grinding of time's gears.

It may be that many years from now
you'll look through an old photo book
then pause with wrinkled curious brow
at my faded picture someone took
then start to wonder about me
as through faded film my eyes look.

Yeah that's all

Is that all

After such a long time
spent in the wilderness
I have stopped composing
as only Ian reads me
and I stop dead
at two only...Jess' restrictions

now I spend hours leisurely
at a new site
lovely tis

each moment is bliss
they all send flying kiss
gals and guys doesn't matter
its all coz
I am Loved and Lovedly

There some one
Wantedly
Neopoets be happy
You produced a one like me

Cacaphony
wakes me
beneath the floor
the television scores
mingle word per
words
before the night
slips away
you
before the dark
wakes me
dreams

fumbling for purpose
more in dream
then awake
down the stairs
the main room
dark
save the light
of an oven hood
the blue room glow
of the set turned low
television stampede
of ads

ONE WINDY DAY (humor in poetry shop)

Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet
while suffering badly with gas
hoping that it would muffle the buffer
whenever she let the gas pass.

Just as she started to strain
the bad wolf happened by
so she clamped down on her gastric pain
then turned up her eyes to the sky.

The hungry wolf caught her right up
and headed toward home
saying he'd have her over to sup
(and this ain't the end of this tome)

MOON SCAPE

MOON SCAPE

I push the language to its edge
and through the bounds of standard,
the word takes on a life of its own
sinew and bone
of metaphor and oxymoron
meanings never before told
The soul speaks in irrational tones
and strikes unknown realities:
the other side of the moon.

Robin Hood In the Wood (Humor In Poetry WS)

When the clock struck twelve,
Alice wondered if she should run,
she thought about the forty thieves
and how the night was full of fun.

But the Snow White shivered,
and she slipped over the frost,
none of the three bears however,
could find the slipper she lost.

She couldn't find the magic lamp,
and when the witch awoke,
the little pigs slept well,
and her magic spells broke.

The Baron Bulltookensheraku (humor shop)

The Baron Bulltookensheraku
ate pork the wolf dragged in thru
the door of Pulwikit Castle.
The wolf got the bones
and a piece of the girl
who rode with her red cloak a flashing.
When Charming rode up
to rescue the broad
she said, “No thanks lover, I’m happy.”

"I see you"

We had just moved in to a new house
A place to live in a country far away
A pool and land for the children to play
Then a knock at the door one day

He stood there at my door
Gleaming smile and not quite sure
“I see you” he said to me
Hands palm out for me to see.

A man of the Zulu’s had come this day
To ask of me if he could stay
In a shed we had in the garden.
It had a bed there, I had forgotten
