Beauty

They tell me i'm beautiful
Thats how how i'm recognised by the society
Nobody seems to know me, rather than my beauty
I'm confused with beauty but thats not me
I'm a woman , i'm strong and i have good inside traits
Call me by my name
Call me the woman, not beauty
Beauty fades but i dont
Dont mistake me with beauty

Fledgling flight.

When her flight clicks to a shut
Worm clutched
The chorus begins, that pronounces:
“Bring it in, in bring in!”
I am the more worthy,
I am the greater to sing
Out of this cacophony of chirrups
To me, to ME, you bring!

Survival is by numbers,
And those that sing their loudest worth;
Gain the fatter worms
Drawn out of the earth,
Arched across the sky in
A perpetual evolutionary flight,
By those who will soon outlive
Their wings.

TrumPutin a Tear in a Boot...

TrumPutin a tear in a boot.

Mr Putin the boot in of USSR,
told the little Trump a tear.
Make me an apprentice star,
or I’ll make you disappear.

Trump a tear said, an idle threat,
Putin the boot in says try me,
Trump a tear got in a sweat.
Putin the boot said whoopee.

The May bot said you guys,
stop fighting with each other.
Open your bloodshot eyes,
keep on killing the Arab brother.

raw cherry monsoon

when we are in love
we are raw red hearts
bleeding
exposed to the flesh
of the night air
in crisp, sharp breaths
ventricles open wide
as its beats paint
the stars crimson,
skylit rubies
baring all
peeled back touch
of cells like
the muck of our guts
spilled out yet
somehow contained

My insides are
braided, like veins
pumping life into universes
receiving the tender fire
of your jeweled, earthy words
rising to meet each kiss
like an abulation

Fashion U Turn

a stone washed jeans with holes
considered fashionable and bold
cover less, show more
is a tag line that is sold

men don't mind it at all
might even have a ball
if long skirts go short
none would ever snort

winter does bring a change
long's in fashion once again
cover more, show less
it's mittens n red noses

greed

when the wheel was invented
homo sapiens scented
the greed to move fast
in turning present to past

speed became the password
for sending rockets skyward
making air travel supersonic
with a loud bang demonic

discovery made winner
of the coveted Nobel prize
sowing seeds of nuclear
for next gen to pay the price

Satan in a Red Crimson Dress

while deep deep asleep
a beautiful woman appeared
with silky black hair
shinning like licorice lacquer,
crystal blue eyes,
cherry plush lips
silver iced razor blade earing's
knuckled skull ring through her nose
and an undulating golden snake spiral wrapped around her throat
slinky like a spry kitten, and demure in form
with curving hips
in a slow-motion sway

falling up
i'm light like a puff cloud
in skin that fires the night
as walls faded and symmetries cascaded into spiraled eddies

UNFINISHED JOURNEY (Oct. Contest)

I have seen creeks flowing multihued
from textile dyes dumped in
which left fishing line imbued
with the color of that day's toxin.

And paper mills from miles away
smelled bad enough to make me ill
any time winds blew my way.
Their dioxins remain here still.

At one time even PCBs
were thought to cause no harms
and dumped into rivers and seas
whose waters would irrigate our farms.

AFTER SIESTA

The walls are beige and white.
The town is bleached by the sun.
Young palms in the pots
overturned by the wind
rock on their sides.

People walk one by one
on one side of the street
in the narrow shade
polished by shuffling days.
Worn down path, new sandals,
fresh shirts and eau de cologne.
Voices amplified by the evening
roll between polished walls.

Catechism of Tantra

off with the mask of religion
an atavistic projection
in a sleeping catacomb

Gods
desire lives in the human heart
we are as he and she
unholy until fused in ecstasy

God and Goddess
in a state of perpetual expanding orgasm

his mouth upon her sumptuous vulva
she upon his pedestal of rainbows
her loving slave
her feet sweeten the earth
