BETTER THINGS

BETTER THINGS

There are things best  left unremembered

Tho’

We never forget

There are better things to feel

Tho’

Scars never do heal

There are better things to cry about

But

Hurts seem all the same

There are better things left to Heaven

And

Not for us to judge

There are better ways of living

But

We live the best we can

There are better days than today

But today will be done

There are better things than dying

But

Dying is our way

There are better voices that sing their rhyme

But

This one is mine
