GHOST

GHOST

I am a ghost of sorts

Standing in shadows

And

Fading into opaque

I haunt my memories

In a ghostly way

Floating through visions

Of

Past realities

I walk unseen

Among the living

Of

Days long gone

And moan their loss

Unheard by anyone

I am just a shadow

Waiting

Losing reality to fantasy

A ghost of sorts

Haunting my memories

...truly ephemeral and dream-like

Ann of Norway "Standing in shadows And Fading into opaque" Your use of words here is really good I feel, I love it, and the lightness of movement flowing, floating through it, is truly ephemeral and dream-like this one I like very much it makes us feel happy for you. Shadows haunt, moan, groan, and many more parts of this poem make images like pictures that wander through it and begins to haunt our minds. Truly you excel here Joseph, Guiseppe of the haunted world, and this one with its particular qualities not least, it is already become a special one for me. Annuccia.
