"Just Another Day"

Closing the door to another day

I look back on my old ways

I wonder what I did to deserve such hate

And if this pain, is my sure fate?

All these endless nights of tears

When will I be saved from my fears

Why have I always been on my own

A little girl, forced to be grown

"I love you," are words I no longer hear

And if I do, they are no longer sincere

I'm on my own, I have to fight

Maybe soon, the darkness will turn to light

People see me and they don't know my pain

So I hide it, and my tears must refrain

Sometimes I wonder, am I even sane?

Hopefully there is something left for me to gain.

The strength to fight is

The strength to fight is within us all...you have to dig deep and find it and keep it...The only way is forward, so I say rise above it all. Rosina xena465
