Matter's of the Mind

Matter of factly nothing comes free
real challenges become harder to find
A blind poet in need for all to see
creating emotion within confines

Nothing we feel can be a simple line
or ever learned with out some earned life
Dancing upon the pages confines
words plucked from a black-hole of strife

My Playground littered with sharp knives
each with it own disclaimer attached
Jump at your own risk, beware of the lies
and remember to not light your own match

Passion burns as a will beyond divine
Lessons learned, is Matter of the mind

I like it too...

And I too, find the rules of poetry distracting. Thereaputic...no. I'm not sure how it works. I just know what I like and if other people like it, so much the better! I like what you did. I don't have to know what the rules for it are. it seems like you are starting the year off right! Great job! Higgy bugs and lots of kisses, ~ Gee
