A REFLECTION: a dedication to my readers

A REFLECTION: a loving dedication to my readers

Bits and pieces of my singular
Reality
Fall on these blank spaces.
My own pain and suffering
Are only part of me.
A necessary  release of energy.
Others suffer more
I’ve seen these things  many times
Before.
Bitter sweet this humanity.
But we all live tthrough its complexity.
Evil for good
Betrayal and treachery
Are not our commonality.
What we share is love and affection
Care for the other.
A Beast may have its way with us
Attack our body
Scratch at our  soul each day
But that is the price we pay
For being human
In this God’s world
My father was my best friend.
My mother was the child I raised
At the end.
And now all of you that read and encourage me
Are my sweet reality,
I am alone by choice
And yet….
Never lonely.
I am part of a magnificent connection
A  shared and wondrous sense of  love and affection.
Yes.
Sweet bitterness this
Human Existence.

You will be recognised for

You will be recognised for the loving person you are here for the magnanimous way you look at us all, sweet bitterness as we all face our trials and troubles, we find solace with you in the medium of the word-words - those strangely beautiful sculptures, once calligraphic symbols- now each one drops onto the 'page' its meaning carrying thoughts those thoughts carrying both love and pain, but in the end we come together and in compassionate love are joined again- whole again within our minds again. Thank you.

Dear Longo

This dedication to your readers is beautiful, just like the man who brings us to his table and shares. You are a dear hearted, unselfish, generous man, who by choice may be alone, and are right in saying you are not lonely, nor will you ever be while you keep bringing to your table , your readers, your friends. You are a part of us all, and I thank You, for allowing us to share your life in this small way. Luv ya, and all wishes to you, and I loved this beautiful poem, A Reflection. Thank you. Love from Lyz. XX
