The Earthling: major edit

You lead us into a great empty church, or, the arena of the Maya, or a dome of sky over the wild wastelands of Canada or perhaps the Vatican, and there so innocently sigh...oh I love that. Your flame burns and burns on and it will carry you up to the heavens in the blue of the blue sky and into that wonderful land of no thing, there isn't a no thing in this universe there insn't a never or an infinity only in our minds so we never really leave or arrive from nowhere to here or from here to nowhere, or do we? Myrwani, you are, or whatever her name was, the carrier of the fire that was never allowed to go out, in the film about her she met a little girl who was so lovely with her long hair, they left without telling the parents and the little girl followed the old Australian Aboriginal woman learning her ways and the most important task of how to carry the fire..ah yes it was one of those very specially moving films I think....and now you are THE one to carry the flame on, how wonderful how honoured you are and how you will shine as you fire the heavens. Hey Longo (hey Anushka), just a quick pop in. I like this, sober & mature perspective. It is the way of it, no denying, & you here surrendered into the arms of concepts beyond us, no point in fighting it, & you have written it with grace, & a lovely ending of natural fireworks & celebration (in your sober fashion)... Yes this is better, the " I will burn the heavens bright" on rereading I understand why you changed that. The rewrite is less matter of fact and more poetic. And seeking a first sigh was a little strange too, and what you did is better. I like your soul leaving your humanity, that is somehow deeper in thought. Sad to loose the "carrier of the flame" as that conjured up a picture for me so innocent and bold. I also liked the "immortality ..within" idea. Just thoughts my Longobardolino, Annuccia.
