LET THEM LIE.........
LET THEM LIE {Lascia I Morti dormire Dovunque siano, sia } Let them lie where they are
Wherever they may be.
No matter.
There is nothing to know
Not for us to see.
Those gone live on in memory
Alone and lonely.
Hold on to the light
Protect your soul
From the shadows that live
In death’s night
Allow the dream of eternity
Wherever that may be.
Hearts now in disconnect
Different than they were.
The love we bear in this world
Languishes only here
In wishes and in fantasy.
Consciousness dies when energy
Moves on.
Disappointing asymetry.
No sense to it all.
No sense at all.
No use in this bit of poetry.
