"One thing about the sadness, we all have it around something, I was liberated from it more when I learned to “give up” the sadness with out offering it home in me for long, rather than “fighting” it, which seems to seat it in the throne of your consciousness so firmly… I kind of embrace it, accept there is good reason for it (in honesty, sometimes I love it, it offers me LOTS of richness & insight), but if you don’t want it to hang around, I feel the trick is to “choose” it, not to fight it, & once chosen, you can give it up!--------- it helped so much for me."
