DAY DREAMS

DAY DREAMS

 Dreamy days
Slowly slipping away
Water rippling on a lake
Rivers of light
Floating bright
Across sleepy Palm trees
A soothing touch
Of
A morning  breeze
Finding its way
From Ocean shore
Dreamy days
My slow ways
As I walk across the floor
I’ve come so far
Yet
Gone nowhere
When did time die
Why
Do I dance alone
Under a moonless sky

You are so observant of nature Longo-Bellissimo

Having just commented on Anni's wonderful love making poem, at least that's what it says to me! I feel equally in awe of your so beautifully put poem. It has the same message as the essence of haïku poetry, only using many more words. That's not to belittle it its a compliment. Your almost ironic remark from Neitche disturbed me, oh I hope so. Yours Ann of Norway

J.B. Longo-Geremia Thank you, Anna. If there were no end, we wouldn't appreciate all beginnings; if there were no death we wouldn't love life...and live it to a new beginning. :) Joe You are most perceptive, mia cara Anna dalla Norvegia!
