So sorry

I hope he is on the road to recovery Emarie and that you are well. This is a really excellent almost conversational poem full of contrasting imagery and with a definite sense of humor despite the obvious seriousness of the situation. Love the first six lines in particular. I wonder whether it was also penned on the pages of Time? Keith

He is getting better. As with most of my work, it was penned in my head then straight to the computer. Maybe I should get back to pen and paper someday. thanks for the comment! "For every shadow, no matter it's depth, is threatened by the morning's light..." <3 Emarie

My apologies

as I thought you were new here. I found you in the lonely poem section and was 1st to comment. Shame on me for not realizing the history you have here, not to mention the library! I took your advice and read something older... wow, you have a lot, so NO I have NOT read everything! I would like a few recommendations from you on your favorites though. I would appreciate you looking over my work as well. Thanks and take care, your new friend, Tom

no apologies needed!

I have been incognito for a bit lol and I didnt think you really had time to read all of it lol and that is not even half lol I have a finished library of 115 pieces in total and adding more lol as I said before the first four are among my better pieces here but I would like to add 'Finding Eve','You...', and 'Ad Infinitum' to that list...and you bet I am reading your work! I see that you say you can not write music so you call it poetry...I have just one question for you...If your hand were missing a finger, would you still call it a hand? As I have said...I hear the music :) Rock on~ <3 Emarie @~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~@ "For every shadow, no matter it's depth, is threatened by the morning's light..."
