Shiny, streamlined smart
phone, tap, tap, tap.
Tiny, morse messengers, summon
our silicon gods.
Didn’t you know, the world is flat
and reduced
to the palm of a hand?
We have such power.
Sleek, sexy smart
phone, tap, tap, tap.
Hand held, caressed.
Obsessed
we worship
our sugar coated tablet,
which holds such power.

Well, there's not much to say really........................... cue hours of drivel about living in the countryside, communing with nature, being a free spirit et al.
I like writing and have a healthy degree of cynicism about the world in general, yet still manage to maintain a love for my fellow mankind (well most of them).
Oh and I like wine!
