Lessons to Learn

Never say a word
which may torment
then the result would remain with you

TARGETS

Life’s Lessons Learnt

DESIRE Is the worst disease
it has no beginning

no end and it continues

never does end

till the roads last bend...

WEALTH .... no one says one has enough

its desire beats all Desires

D is for Depression

The wolves are at the door,
demanding more,
what do they need?
should i conceed?
I need time to breathe.

I don't want to hear what they want,
a piece of me knowing I can't.
give what they're asking for,
They always want more.

I want to forget the world,
escape from the cold,
with dignity,
and home spun empathy,
as a life of depravity and desolation unfolds.

Vortex of Desire

when sucked in the vortex of desire
shrills get louder with mounting thrill
passionate strokes stoke liquid fire
when sucked in the vortex of desire
seats of desire crackle like live wire
when sucked in the vortex of desire
shrills get louder with mounting thrill

Go Away Spray

Bugs can only be killed from pressure and poison
demons can only heal when they don't let the noise in
bodys only hate themselves when hunger is an enemy,
can you let me be?
I've got nobody
And the lights are always off at my home
I'm too ugly to take a picture with my phone,
And I'm too stupid to be here
I'm too strong to feel the fear
You can't cry, it will make you weak
You can be the backbone and defeat..
All the people who are mean to the ones that you love

Fearing the Unknown

Who knows of one who profits in breath,
in dark corners hides, in search of mess.
He's never welcomed regardless his dress,
and yet he'll visits, his name being death.

He'd wear some masks you may not know,
and shall break in, through windows and doors,
his atmos benefits are gained from wars,
oh tell me that which I'm not ready for.

Good Eggs

Good eggs
Sometimes have a colorful painted shell

But mostly they are
Just white
Or brown
Or yellow
Or red

They are a rooster
And a hen's
Hardy DNA

And they come a variety of ways

Sometimes BOILED
By life’s temperatures
They become solid
And reliable

(Like a student with challenging
studies or a foreman in charge
of his ornery crew)

Her Gaze

Her gaze is fixed
on a thing of love
and I may admire
unobserved
her lovely face

may see it radiate
a soft glow of light!

And all those things
which I may neither
touch or know
broils within me...
Spirit distilled by soul

and at last
my love knows words,
both silent and whole.

Amor Fati

Death, come not cheaply. Neither in blue coma

or wrinkled hints of somatization; spin in a noir

parapet of black hats, squeeze me with Mitchum’s

preacher hand, thick and meaty, let each

sound be a music box’s last gold pluck. Death,

come not cheaply, wind up as a music box,

fall as its last symphony. Come in a black hat,

tattooed and preachy or stay home and

make a strange color of me, as Martha and Mary’s

pale brother waiting in his Father’s light

house for instructions, olive green eyes,

On Feminism

In an age of automobiles
we don't need
stallions to pull us
anymore
but we do need
horsepower

we don't have to
row with our arms
but engine powered boats
still need captains

a him or her
to call the shots
take the controls
go down with the ship

there will always
be the same
enemies

and not all men
have been enemies
to women

and not all women
by taking control
have been doing it
to spite men
