Meditation Modulation
Creating room for meditation
Neither a meditation room
Nor a physical getaway
Rather a spiritual gateway
Not a mythical retreat
But a mindful haven
Beyond the mental fortress
Towards the sacred sanctuary.

a transcendental touch
I do not how to comment or critique this poem. But, I believe the meditation needs a transcendental touch. A similar concept may apply to the poem. I do get the message. It is good.

gridlock mantra
commuter moments...
waiting too see a doctor
eight hour waits
test results from the clinic
a girlfriend too call
kraft dinner to cook!
lovely poem on needing
not to be angry and
rage filled over not
having patience!
a virtue cultivated
not given nor boughten
