The Ghost
I feel like a ghost
Or maybe i want to be a ghost?
If i could disappear from here never to be seen again
Would i be happy?
Would they be happy?
If i was lost?
Vanished.
I wish i was a ghost
But am alive
Numb to all emotions other sadness and anger
I'm tired
Tried of living
Maybe someday i'll know what its like to be a true ghost.

Yes...
stay around with us. We like what we see in your writing and you are not alone. These two ladies have a good sense of what it takes to be a good writer of poetry. Not bad for your first post. Take a look around here, read a lot of what is posted and see the kind of thing you like. Ask questions and explore. Someone will help you if you ask. Welcome and I hope that you find your voice in poetry. ~ Geezer.

Hello BLOB, welcome to
Hello BLOB, welcome to Neopoet. You'll find lots of encouragement here. Good poem, you've expressed what millions of people feel right now, or have felt in the past, as well. I appreciate the questionning tone of your poem. Nothing is as it seems. You won't be a ghost any time soon, here you'll find lots of family type people.
I understand your feelings. Myself, I've suffered from Panic Attacks for many years, thought I was dying. But one continues with one's life, we all find strength in small things. Right now, I'm worried because my dear kitty hasn't returned home all day. We've had a lot of snow lately (I live in Argentine Patagonia), but Spring is in the air, I guess my kjtty is out enjoying fine weather.
Welcome again, all the best, Gracy
