The Old Testament in Poetic lines
The Old Testament in Poetic lines
In the Genesis pages the story unfold so grand. In Eden's lush lair, I became a victim of the chronicle of sin and shame. The fall of humanity, as sin and shamed heaved, casted out from the tabernacle. I became a prodigal son, devoid of life hue. Until God breathed, and a promise shone so bright. I began to exonerate from the Exodus of life. I became exonerated from the Exodus of struggles, darkness and shackles of pain and fear.
In Leviticus, I was called to set apart in a world of pain. To reference the sacred and laws to discern and to know and to be cautious of the clean and unclean in daily life show. Then I began to Numbers the moral laws and pledged not to depart from it.
The Deuteronomy bred forth, to recount on the moral laws and to examine if am still in faith. A moment to examine the call to obedience, day and night. In Joshua's footsteps, a new path I laid. A mantle to face the fears unknown descended upon me. I shivered, before me, a new law with a description " A call to serve". I arose with courageous sight to face the fear unknown. It was an intertwined of fear and faith. Again, I began to Numbers the moral laws and pledged not to depart from it.
Lost again in the circle of sin and pain. Neglected the percepts as a guiding light to my path. It was a season from deliverance to bandage. Then God's Judges arose, to lead the way.
From the barely fields to threshing floor, I gathered the leftovers of the moral laws with a humble heart's tone, to reflect on God's love, that transcend creed and culminated my loyalty to stay true and pure.
A plea requested, with a vow to the sky, a rebirth of miracle I behold. A test of faith and obedience to its calling. In the darkest of Nights, a giant defeated by faith and a victory to claim. It was a moment of triumph and failure, of a heart after God's own heart...
