That Canadian cute pair

A Canadian Teenager Pair

Somewhere in the Far East,

As I sat in the mall

I came across

A sweet pair after all

They smiled at me

Like two Canadians out from a zoo

In some wild city

The guy looked into my eye

His go was all so brightly

Facially decked,

What the heck

He seemed to say

In the Far East

I come across

Another Canadian I say.

He went and stood in a McDonald’s queue

And his gf applied some lipstick too,

when he opened the drink for her

She spread the table with potatoe chip
As Macs labelled best and crisp

Every moment he continued to eye

A tall slim handsome guy

And I thought he was some time ago

I knew

How sad this he also knew

But then smiled and walked away

Soon I’ll catch with him

If not in the east but Montreal some day

I know he knows me too

But as he was with his gf

His eyes alone with mine

He could glue

pair

funny how often we run across"home folks" when far from home. That in this instance also a former beau is even odder .May want to consider a change in lines 20 and 21.As they read now,it sounds as if he is eyeing another tall handsome guy lol....scribbler

Hi Loved

Since you asked me to have a go at this one for you here is my suggested rendition. As you can see I have used the image of Canada geese to represent the human pair. You may not like this and if so I completely understand but the idea just leapt out at me and his gf could then be referred to as a goose. Hope you like some of what I have done anyway. Perhaps you could call it "Cooking his Goose" lol. My best wishes Keith In somewhere Far East, mall-sitting I encountered a sweet pair after all. They smiled at me Like two out of town Canada geese let loose in the wild city. The guy caught my eye So lasciviously bright and facially decked. "What the heck", he seemed to say. In the Far East I came across another lost gander. perched in a McDonald’s queue. His goose applied lipstick too, as he pulled her drink, spreading potato chips on a greased table, while continuing to eye A tall fit guy. I thought he was some time ago and that I knew as he knew... How sad! But smiled and walked away Soon I’ll catch with him, If not in the east maybe Montreal some day. I know he knows too As he was with his goose Eyes glued on mine.
