Dance
Oh lover
I see the tears
In your eyes
From all of the men
Who have hurt you
You are so beautiful
They wanted to dance with you
But they didn’t see what I see
They didn’t understand
What I understand
They always wanted to lead
they wanted to hold you tight
And make you move
The way they wanted to move
They didn’t see
That you are a ballerina
And you were born to dance
That your soul was born to be free
They didn’t understand
When you are with a ballerina
You enjoy her beauty
That you are not suppose
To control a ballerina
You are suppose to enjoy her freedom
Stand in the shadow of her beauty
And be thankfull you are allowed
To be in her presence
Lover you are a ballerina
