dreams into the juxtapositioning night
they met in between the juxtapositioned night
where dreams scatter like clouds being chased
by a vengeful god,
perhaps playful gods,
it would not have mattered
lovers hear otherworldly music the earth breathes
when the dawn never breaks
and the road roots long, entwined
"we're always going somewhere else", she said
and he had places to go that were never here,
they kissed hard
into their bittersweet memories
and shared their last goodbye..
where dreams scatter like clouds being chased
by a vengeful god,
perhaps playful gods,
it would not have mattered
lovers hear otherworldly music the earth breathes
when the dawn never breaks
and the road roots long, entwined
"we're always going somewhere else", she said
and he had places to go that were never here,
they kissed hard
into their bittersweet memories
and shared their last goodbye..
