Melt Down

Melt Down
by: eddy styx

she was leg art
moving fast
at a maddening pace
she pushed her way
passed my quivering gel
of consciousness
to stop before me
hands on hips
legs wide apart
in triumph
I
being of
limp hands and mind
fell to my knees at her feet
in subjugation
gibbering gobbledygook
and nonsense
between her elongated legs
I thought of nothing more
than twiddling her twaddle
encased in her
fleeting internal ecstasy
for which someday
I vowed to even the score!

Tee he

I don't have a clue what this is about, but I found it very funny and well written, so I'll give you my thoughts... It sounds to me like a battle with something/someone stronger, but only for a time, as strength will prevail in the end rather than false power. Probably got it all wrong, but it’s good to use one’s own imagination, I hope!!! Xena Quote: Science is what you know; philosophy is what you don't know. - Bertrand Russell

Styx

It seems Mr Styx has a one-tracked mind...the dirty bugger! I actually laughed at this piece, not sure if I should have done, but I feel I know Eddy quite well and know exactly what he was thinking. I enjoyed the whole piece, but I really liked: gibbering gobbledygook - hilarious! love, HS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "With all that I am and all that I could be, I walk this earth and yet nobody sees me".

Dear HS

LOL, Eddy does have a sense of humor, just a little on the sick side and he resents when some women intimidate him. Yes, you do know eddy very well. Always, eddy/cat

I love your poem from it's excellent title to the great ending. Your use of language is wonderful as is your delivery. Good strong writing, Cat. Love-Faith ~I never say anything I don't mean nor do I say anything to be mean.~
