A New Day Decree !

Here, on my bed
a new day opens, "free"!

Hallelujah !
A new day decree !

The day, is to me
but an empty page,

fill it with cheer,
or forget the rage.

It's all up to me
how I celebrate the day;

if other's impede me,
they'll earn my dismay.

Other than that
their day is theirs,

Hallelujah !
Here's to life with few cares !

A very happy,uplifting write.A few things I'd do different.line 12:delete"then" lines 5and6:the day is to me but an empty page Just the way I would,doesn't mean necessarily better.....scribbler

A Happier Poem....than sometimes.....
