About This Poem

About the Author

Region, Country: U.S. A. Indiana, Valparaiso, USA

Favorite Poets: Robert Frost, Walt Whitman, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Carl Sandburg these I have read some And so Many More. I have no Favorite or any that I dislike. Whom I consider to be poets; of course there are many Dark and hateful souls, who would cry out and to I will lend an ear, but some. They just leave a awful taste in my heart that I can not bear to read twice. Let alone as many times I would do normally; as I must.

Feelings

A lovely piece and we all at sometime push and pull the Rag-a-Muffins all ways and love the socks off of them. This is unconditional love that runs this life and the next, the problem is that here we have to keep stoking that fire with all the things that life throws at us, to win all we have to do is see that inner being that is pure love..... The last line in the first Stanza sounds wrong where a heart sinks into what is left of your heart. (Into what is left of my heart) Maybe reword that line as the rest is really great, something like sinks down into my spirits pool. Great work , Yours Ian.T

How are you this fine day Sir

Yes Yenti/Ian, we must keep stoking those fires or for sure they will burn out. How we did pull and get pulled by these muffins, I shutter when I think of all the little children of the world who will never know such unconditional love. It is an unmeasured treasure this love. So many disregard the inner being when we are wearing concrete masks I believe one of our Poets has said some thing to this effect. I have come to a comfortable rest with this one now I think so that line was changed as was the poem itself an Thank you for the read and the commits Donnie/Sinbad

Geeze this is so good Donnie

You're a man in million with a great heart. I wish there were more like you in the world, what a different world this would be. Excellent. Xena Quote: Science is what you know; philosophy is what you don't know. - Bertrand Russell

We are all ones in a million, We are on specific paths at any

Given Time! We all need to be de-watered and then we may grow or wither and die. I thank you for saying so though, it puffs me up a little. I needs my shots of Helium every once and awhile as we all do. Or this is an old mans personal philosophy and not a proven Science. It took some time to learn to call things into existence that are not, if only on scraps of paper. Thank you again Xena Donnie/Sinbad

Chance. I have for the last year and a half been building the support contacts sites and because of the often sets backs of the lost of my wi-fi connections and the virus and this and that, yackety yackety. I slacked off! But since Loved suggest I should Try Triond I just did it and have stepped back up to the plate. My web site was and still is not much to look at and I am still trying to figure the best way to provide linking abilities from Neopoet.com to my web publishers and the website its self to all the blogs and the stand alone's like Facebook, twitter and youtube, ect, ect. And this Free operating system is driving me Nutz I have to use a lot of HTML and I hate that! I love my copy and past and My version of Firefox is killing me it wont let me copy and paste! So a lot of re-entry work> I don't know how long I'll be able to stick with it, but for now I am a least trying again. Thanks bunches Donnie/Sinbad
