French is the Western language of love you said but to the East it could only be Urdu you spelled it three times for my clumsy ears I arranged new patterns of letters with each try until the fourth bowed into place and sailed that slimming shoreline

I don't exactly know what this poem is about

yet I know what it's about. Certainly, it's about love, coming to know, the familiar in the unfamiliar and vice versa. I think that's why much of your poetry is so compelling; there is the sense of touching with the fingertips, almost grasping but not quite, an important mystery. It's a good way to experience life and, to my mind, a good way to write.

Hey there!

You've gone and done it again. You cup mystery in your palm, hold it close, and dispense it to others only sparingly ... and sans unnecessary/irrelevant frills. I esp. like until the fourth bowed into place and sailed that slimming shoreline Thanx, Chuck

hello Whitetea

wonderfull imagination you have and a gift with words... i loved these beautifull expressive lines until the fourth bowed into place and sailed that slimming shoreline they indeed communicate what i think they are meant to express "you saved me from drowning when the end seemed so near and life seemed to dissapear".... warmly....raj (sublime_ocean)..
