Meditation
People ask if I meditate still, as I did when he was first missed
in hours of yoga every day seeking answers and quiet bliss.
How to reply is difficult for I spend more time everyday
but in seconds only, in quiet fragments, never drifting far away.
Because during those epochs of pure white-gold light cleansing me with its wisdom
I learned what’s not a secret, but what I had forgotten.
I remembered I’ve only the now, with past and future in fluctuation
and I remembered that heaven and happiness is not a destination.
