I don't believe we have formally met (neopoet style). My name is Al, and it appears that we are about the same age...some day I may post a photo of my mug...not that age should determine everything...but it is nice at times to have cultural references in common. I don't know much yet about Haiku or any other Japanese poetry. I noticed your post of one, maybe we can help each other in figuring out what they are about. in the meantime, keep on keepin' on....etc. AL
