you give more than you need as do many others dearheart .... unfortunately there has been some hating going on and I have been one of the objects of hate ... at the end of it we only can do the best we can people are forgetting the AEC are human as well ... we do a job thats not always pleasant but its got to be done in doing so I have make some people angry ... I read somewhere surprise them with compassion give them the opposite of what they expect, I know ive made more enemies than not Mum ... at the end of it I can stand tall knowing when I should have stood down from a vote, I did ... and when it was time to make the hard decisions, I did ... and I am going to say this now we have been running the AEC short one set of hands for nearly 7 weeks ... we have had to make decisions and do all the legwork of five ... with the hands of four ... I think in getting the guidelines updated and still making sure the site didnt go to rack and ruin we did a great job ... in amoungst that Cat had surgery and continued with on with her AEC duties without one complaint from her I only say this because those three people I worked with have been nothing but professional and because WE made all the decisions I have to stand with them and they deserve more than the shit they are copping I am used to being the loner I am used to being shut up and out ... I can live with it ? but those other three people Richard Cat and Jonathan deserve more than what they are getting, if anyone should be pissed at anyone be pissed at me I was the messenger in two of the cases but know no matter what I've done as AEC ? this site will be fine we just have to get through the hard bits without rancour and without wanting revenge for every small transgression we will get through but it its going to take compassion and a lota acceptance from both sides love JayCee (“In time we hate that which we often fear.” William Shakespeare quote)
