Ardour and Devotion

Lay your weary head against my shoulder
leave the world behind you
let me sooth your furrowed brow
I will smooth away your fear
and keep the bogey man from your door

When you need a friend I'll be there
when you need a lover just call
my adoration is eternal

I return your ardour and devotion
my arms will encircle you
and clasp you to my breast

Let go of all self conscious thought
set yourself free
allow me to lavish you with unconditional love

THE BOGEY MAN IS THE ENGLISH VERSION OF THE BOOGY MAN

5 stars for the...

emotion you have expressed, and the way you expressed it! No matter who he is, he cannot ignore your heartfelt plea. If he can, he has a heart of stone! You have made your case. The context is very good, I'm not sure about the title, but can't suggest a new one. The language is good, and I think you began and ended on the right tones. Overall, a great piece of work! Love ya, Gee
