Father

The one who helped me swing,
Made me smile, laugh, and
Gave me morals.
The man who washed my cuts,
Gave me advice, and brought
home the bread.
The one who taught me how
to be a man.
The father I know, and love.

I love you dad, happy fathers day.

Beautiful Alex

The main memories of my dad were when he washed us in a big deep sink with carbolic soap, but you'll be too young to remember those hellish big sinks. We also had a tin bath, but it took many pots of boiled water to fill it. Lovely poem for your dad son. Xena Quote: Science is what you know; philosophy is what you don't know. - Bertrand Russell

Thank you, I’m sure he

Thank you, I'm sure he loves it. I also have no idea of the sink thing, I don't think we ever used those in Utah.
