WONDERS NEVER CEASE
"WONDERS NEVER CEASE" Ann
dream
speech
envisioned reality
a disembodied voice
a gentle sigh
a moan of delight
what might
the magnet
mind entranced
the spirit sewn
the limbs in air entwined
like ghosts
connect in time's short span
seeming close
so near
and yet
so many miles away
all senses wakened
rocked
defying relativity
we smile content
and yet
no tangible presence felt
until the day
they met
the sight
the touch
electric light
blaze up
the distant voice
is flesh
is real
is grabbed, held,
loved
in aura's each
effervescent
crystallised
sparkling
brilliant reds and greens,
blues and purples,
tourmalines
faceted
sheen
those screaming joys
echoed
now ascend
kiss
melts into
one
begun
a growing.
