The Breath of Me

I see my picture mirrored in your eyes when I look at you

pure beauty giving me hope

holding me down as my days pass

loving me with a strength that’s beyond thought

you give me a love like,the unknown desires

A lit fire in my heart

burns a craving for another moment

another day of a beating song that

plays as frequent as a radio station

playing a new hit

so I recite words that my sincerity writes

from the emotions  that my heart gives

wow

I see my scriptures of devotion

writing new thoughts as seconds pass

wanting so much to

not just to tell you, but remind you that

I love you so much

my dearest love

I feel I am complete when I hold you

I feel whole when I kiss you,and

I feel invincible when I am beside you
