Reality Lost

 No I did not feel
the touch of death

nor great the darkness
in his nest

I did not follow
shadows call

held in summers breeze
no I don't recall

a chill of darkness
had come to rest

to breach our souls
I found us blessed

as call these entities
pressed with fear

 searched these times
in aging tears

truths are written
within our dreams

shared with others
sown these seams

together no-one
is bound alone

we face  our demons
our souls our own

their quest is simple
consume our minds

our answer strength
in words we rhyme

Dear John

I am going to ramble so be warned lol ... in the beginning we come into this big old world alone and we leave the same way ... and whatever lifes throws at us we have to face it alone ... oh we can get advice and support and backup ... but at the end of the day whatever it is we face, we do it alone as someone who loves having family and friends around it was a concept I had to wrap my mind in ... being alone sucks ... but we are all alone in our thoughts yes ?? loved your poem they are always good when I ramble lol love and big hugs JayCee x x x ("Quote:-For every beauty there is an eye somewhere to see it. For every truth there is an ear somewhere to hear it. For every love there is a heart somewhere to receive it.-Ivan Panin")
