Pontificator

Over stimulated
speculated crap !

There ya go,
giving your illustrious opinion again
...like it matters,
like it's the all of everything,
but its lesser impact only confuses,
defusing any cherry bombs delivered.

Your puffer personality is showing,
you know nothing of what you speak
... but please, do
shout out your self-importance,
highlight your bias for us all to see,
oh wait, you did
you did
and it's ugly
and ordinary
like everyone else's.

Please wipe before showing your ass.

Hi Kelsey...

Ya know, I think puffing about is a human trait, not a good one, but one we all are aware of and at sometime in our lives have been the perpetrator of, but some folks live their lives blowing it about, like they know something none of us are privy to, oh well. thanks Kelsey, Richard

Hoped to cheer you up a little

I am only slightly successful in the department of cheer. Spent my whole life trying to perfect fear and disgust. I'm satisfied with the results of those efforts so I'm moving on to try new things. What better way to start than with hiney jokes? :) Kelsey "In criticism I will be bold, and as sternly, absolutely just with friend and foe. From this purpose nothing shall turn me." -Edgar Allan Poe

No kelsey. It's me , It's ME

I believe it is I that best fits the one that this poem describes (could there be another?) I tend to dismiss the negative effect of a bombastic tone to 'It's just a style', although I've always suspected that it could turn some people off. anyway, I like your poem, even though I saw a lot (if not all) of myself in it. keep on callin' 'em as you sees 'em AL

Hi Richard, I sit here with a huge (idiotic!) grin on my face. Could this piece be any more timely??!! I am so very pleased it was you that wrote it. Someone certainly had to! It is perfect! I cannot see one word that should be changed! Great writing, and thinking! Sue

Pontificate. Prevaricate. Obf

Pontificate. Prevaricate. Obfuscate. Obliterate. And so goes the demise in our daily disguise. You are the man in the moon, my moonman. No one can touch you. Ha! ~ "Even if I knew the world were to end tomorrow, I would plant an olive tree today."-- Francis of Assisi

Patrick...

thank you for leaving a comment and letting me know you had read this little piece. I do believe we are all guilty of the condition of being human, getting dirty is part of it, isn't it! thanks Richard
