gathered at the nape
these smooth jewel glide words
slither in the clasp

chrome clip winking in the light
each word spoken
the movements taken

sunshine is bolting
falling like happiness
a waterfall of light
on dark precipice

illuminate your halo
with good deeds
while at the wood
the amber waits

etruscan myth
in fur bred eagerness

in fur bred eagerness…why

in fur bred eagerness... why am i picturing a wolf? you are a unique wordsmith every word in this, every word, is to be savoured singularly your construction is an art you balance word upon word, with the delicate touch of a master craftsman in the hands of a lesser talent, they would tumble yet you have them hold hands, and sway in harmony i truly love this p

wolf

My family is Eagle birth name anyway and the eagle flys to the creator and brings him messages But I was told and laughed at by some that I was "walking eagle" because I was so full of crap I couldnt fly It was funny and clever but hurt too Still I persevered and since that time walking around has given me the oppurtunity to look at the other "animals" the wolf animal spirit was one that I was raised to fear and people who were clever were coined as foxes or wolves and my childhood was filled with European storybooks with colour plates of many things including wolves my interest is still growing on this still mysterious and intelligent creature that is growing in numbers in our Province of Ontario The animal grows to be a great size a great and beautiful predator that gets the due respect

glints of light seduce our minds,

Ann of Norway Oh your awaking of inner waterfalls and sensed glints of light seduce our minds, their eyes dazzled and plunged into the core of your poem leaving it as if bathed in diamonds and glowing all colours of the sky- we are renewed and see anew all things in detail, bedewed by the magic spray of your words. Love Ann.

next to godliness

Ann of Norway That's it exactly, the oddliness can be 'next to godliness' for you and me, while others know not what they see!!! 'Tis so Steven O
