Foothills

Foothills always enamour me
Hear the strange echos of delight,
Tardy sense engulf me at times.

Chivvy me into sights forebidden.
Immutable decree.  Rolling stones.
Fast to humility unbearble.

There are ups and downs.
Laws of nature always draw carping.
Equality is a mirage.  Either up or down.

Equality and socialism--all blunders
Bloomers of time.  Tick, tock, tick.....
Dull thoughts exhort peace,
Decimated upstartism stalls.

Herald novelty for daily buds.
Flowers have a maturity
For it knows its impending fall.

Up I go and then slips down
The fall is enjoyable.
I dislike the strenuous climb.

Lip service lifts me up
Pure sand drains water easily.
The trajectory of fancy is circular.

Biginning, middle, end
The circle is denied this process.
The circling bees know this
They are philosophers!

Ravage the flower, its modesty
Rob, rob and suck
Exploitation is inborn,
Hey no socialism here.

Here the foothill pacifies me
Let me rest here.

Darknlovely

They say the woods are dark and lovely. Your words too are lovely. Write more and more and be a great poet. Best wishes
