A Back-Biting Relationship

Seems my erector spinae is bad to the bone,
so my latissimus dorsi won't feel all alone.

The medius, minimus, and maximus...too
it's like my gluteus muscles don't know what to do !

I got the misery in my backache
and my legs tend to hurt me when I walk,

can't explain it, or complain about it
because it pains my mouth to talk.

It's a back-biting relationship,
that's putting on a "front" !

My obturator externus, and obturator internus
appear to be throwing a fit, and a fuss,

trying to convince me that I'm a total wreck,
by sabotaging every muscle that's found below my neck !
