Off Note...

    Off Note....

I found an unsigned note,
which simply read,
though you were my love,
you must lose you’re head.
For I must have a new love true,
and so find a way to be rid of you.

A son and heir must,
and will be born,
though some may look,
upon I and my motives,
with scorn

I really don’t approve,
of this type of thing.
And but for the fact,
that I am ????.

Would face imprisonment,
or perhaps the chop.
But the laws an ass,
official full stop.

So I pray you will submit,
 to my request,
and stop being,
like all the rest.

Not sure of the many, now
maybe, four or five,
divorce perhaps
kept some alive.

Anyway my love
this is goodbye,
please I beg,
don’t ask again why.
And also, if you would,
return the bling,
You know the crowns
a funny old thing,

Toodle loo to you from me,
                                               your ????.

Great Poem

I love it...it's unique and very enjoyable reading ~I never say anything I don't mean nor do I say anything to be mean.~
