A Birth of Fable

the petals of blue orchids
kissed and blessed your eyes
a heart of beauty's twilight
now gives life to each moonrise

may the majesty and wonder
bring life's best unfurled,
to give you inspiration
in building a better world

the future belongs to you
in dimensions yet to be
and holding onto heaven
your footsteps will fly free

may mother earth protect you
as you sparkle on your way
may archangels form a guard
keeping watch on you each day

I would wish for you the joy
that can mend a broken heart
but I already know you have it
you've had it since the start

this is the beginning of fable
as the ancients have foretold
and in your palm is a story
that your fingers gently hold

We have a few babies coming this year this is the second of five so far and i ahve to say there is nothing that lifts a broken spirit like a new baby ... The day of her birth was surreal so much was happening ... we traveled down to be there with Bj the dad of the baby hes our Nephew and I helped bring him up ...
