I Had A Dream Last Night

I had a dream last night

And you were in it

I saw you
Sitting at a white baby grand
You were wearing a sun dress
With a flower in your hair
But you were naked

Blood was running from your eyes
And out of the tips of your fingers
Onto the keys

I was in a white tuxedo
With tails
But I was naked

I stood behind you
Kissed you on top of your head
And said I was sorry

We never spoke again

I sat down beside you
And started playing
Blood ran from my eyes
And out the tips of my fingers
Onto the keys

And we were both naked

Dear Randy

You caught Eddy Styx's attention with this poem (he is my male alter ego) He and I liked it very much. Very deep. I just had a naked dream myself, last night. Always, Cat

Wow! speechless, you had me

Wow! speechless, you had me until the blood started running. That's when you took it to the other level. Deep, very deep. Almost deeper than love at first sight. Did you see a vampire movie or what?

I don’t think you realize

I don't think you realize how amazing this poem is. It works on so many levels. Truly remarkable this dream. ~A "Even if I knew the world were to end tomorrow, I would plant an olive tree today."-- Francis of Assisi

about what you might have been eating. LOL I liked it though. It left me with graphic images, and wondering what it all might mean? Hmmmmmmm... ~ Gee

In case you were wondering

In case you were wondering I decided to tell you what this dream was all about. There was this lady who I worked with everyday for years. Her name is Aysa. we were very good friend. well one day I said something that hurt her pride. now I never meant to and I still after about 5 years still don't see what I said wrong but it is not important what I think it is important what she felt. I hurt her very deeply and she ask me how I could say such a think to her and she stopped talking to me all together. so the next day after I knew she was really hurt I went over to her in the brake room put my arm around her and kissed her on top of the head and told her I was sorry. Now we worked 10 feet from each other 8 hours a day for a couple of months before she finally talked to me again. sitting at the piano was because we worked so close to each other. The blood was all of the life that it took out of both of us. The kiss on the head and the never speaking again was just that. we were naked but had clothes on was us opening up our souls to each each, we were both naked. Now after a couple of months she finally started talking to me again and since then we have put it all behind us. I just thought you might like to know where that poem came from. *You can never pick anyone up if you are busy putting them down*

You are a kind and gentle loving soul

Hobo goes to show you what a soul can do and how forgiveness and love over rules all the hate and power someone thinks they have over you, This is a prime example of how people get over their resentments if only they could minus the five years:) Thank you for sharing the thoughts behind the write. Great job Hobo and nice to have you in chat last night. I think it was great everyone who contributed to a valued discussion. Really like this poem guy Love at ya friend Mona
