Fly Away

Today is wrong
it's just not right
I'm so confused
I've lost sight

I can't go on
Not today
Not like this
Not this way

I'm hurting
in every part of me
I'm dying
It's hard not to see

I don't know what to do
or how to do it
I'm so irritated
I cannot sit

I can't decide
what is right
and which is wrong
What to fight

So let me be gone
just today
just this once
Let me fly away

i like this poem i can honestly say i feel like that every other day even though i try to hide it(sometimes)i think i just give off a vibe that I'm not in a good mood.I've always wished i could fly or run away i guess that might be why I've always been fascinated with butterflies and cheetahs(hmm that's something for me to think about) a comment from........ Well Thank you Sierra, nice to meet you. Glad you like my poem and i appreciate your comment. I think maybe we all wish we could run away or fly at some point in our life. But I guess we just can't do that. I'm telling you, if I could run, man I'd be running up and down my street to get my anger out but I can't run, haha Couldn't run to save my life. oh well, I guess poetry is my freedom. Thanks!!
