BLINDED DATE

This date was just overated
  let's start with age (understated)
wasn't all the friend had said
  had a funny misshaped head

Did I chance to mention heavy ?
weight just less than a used Chevy
  necessitating large foundation
thus largest feet in our great nation

With skin as smooth as most burlaps
  or maybe sandpaper, perhaps
and ears like a receiver dish
can pick up broadcasts if so wished

A nose so small within its shade
a crop of mushrooms could be made
  hands dainty as country hams
teeth the color of sweet yams

Hair, once brown, had now turned white
at least the eyes were clear and bright
but breath as fragrant as most bogs
with fingers supple as pine logs

In fashion sense I do agree
as long as style was '93
wore tennis shoes with velcroe laces
a tee shirt sporting smiley faces

In all a sorry sight to see
but thats enough to say 'bout me
