Where is the girl who entered love head on?
fairy tale in tact
a true love vow
Your a faithless vagabond
left her smashed upon the rocks
no more those honey coated words
that slipped down so well
Acrid disappointment
bitter on the tongue
your time is well past due
One day you’ll meet your match
and your heart will be torn asunder
hope to be there when you do
I see a tiny glimmer of who I used to be
won’t let you snuff that out
Ill come back stronger

THE REVERSE IS TRUE

If you think compressing me in your vice like grip

will make me stick with you, the reverse is true

and building that prison wall brick by brick

will do the trick, you haven’t got a clue

If you think holding my heart in a choke hold

will make click with you, the reverse is true

thinking possession is nine tenths of the law

that will never do

the tighter you squeeze the more I must go

yes I must leave you
