Insanity

Drip, drip, drip,
like a faucet leaking slow,
running through my mind,
like a rabbit in the snow.

Tick, tick, tick,
like a clock that counts the time,
snatching at my focus,
whirling like a dime.

There's a lot I like about this:

*strong images, esp. the whirling dime *tight construction *strong vocab My only issue is the first stanza which seems a little mixed-up. The slow drip of a leaky faucet doesn't gel with the running of a rabbit in the snow. Maybe: like a faucet leaking slow, OR running through my mind,
