an african child
I'm an african child
dreaming is a luxury only a few can afford ,
survival has been imbeded in me the day of my conception,
I'm a child of twelf mothers , sister to twenty two brothers and sisters,
daughter of one man ,who I have not had an encounter with ,
I stand in line that does not move to recieve affection .
BLESSED am I with land and ignorance,
education is a distant cousin I know nothing about .
