NUMB

when you want it,

It doesn’t want you,

When you refuse it,

It forces you to breathe,

Life it eats at you,

Until nothing is left,

Until you’re hallow like a cut that never heals,

Always hurting,

Always bleeding,

Until,

Finally,

You’re NUMB.

thank you kindly

i appretiate the honesty, i will work on taking it further or to a higher level. i appretiate that there was no comment on my outlooks, even though it would not have bothered me much if there were because i like to hear the truth. people sometimes refer to me a cryptic and this is true 95% of the time, however, if because of this you don't truly get to know me, then you miss out on the other 5%. i hope you are not one of those people, i believe that you would truly enjoy that other 5%, as well as some of the rest of it. thank you for you critisism and keep it comming on all of my future work.

Change he title. Not a suggestion, think how many poems

have that name. Love the poem, I feel it. Look up the word "importunate" and consider doing some revisions within that light Cheers, Jess, Reprehensibly irrepressible, "the alleged short-cut to knowledge, which is faith, is only a short-circuit destroying the mind." [Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged]

Excellent, it’s just like

Excellent, it's just like life is, sometimes you feel like you'd like to be dead, and life insists on staying with you that day you.
